1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BuyBuzz Infra LLP concerning your access to buybuzzllp.com and our real estate consultation services in Gurugram, Haryana.

2. Channel Partner Status & Zero Brokerage

BuyBuzz Infra LLP operates as an authorized real estate channel partner. We are not project developers. We operate on a zero brokerage policy for primary market bookings in new developer projects.

3. Direct Developer Payments & Refund Terms

BuyBuzz Infra LLP never directly receives token or booking funds. All payments must be made directly to the respective developer's official escrow accounts. Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by developer agreements.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
